The Hartford - Super Bowl XLI in Miami

Company Overview
The Hartford is one of the largest investment and insurance companies in the United States. With nearly 30,000 employees, The Hartford uses incentives programs as a way of rewarding some of its top sales managers as well as its top broker agents from around the country.

Business Objectives
In order to keep company morale high, The Hartford looks to treat these top-performing agents to the trip of a lifetime. Simply sending them to concert or a dinner party is not enough for a top company like The Hartford. They look to reward their efforts with a once-in-a-lifetime Package to the Super Bowl, one of the most popular sporting events in the world.

Action
Over the course of a decade-long relationship with The Hartford, PrimeSport has grown to understand what The Hartford was looking for to make the 2007 Super Bowl in Miami just as unforgettable as in the past years. Those in attendance, who received personal invitations to The Hartford's incentive weekend, were kept busy with an array of activities.

After checking into the JW Marriott on prestigious Brickell Avenue in the heart of downtown Miami, their weekend Packages began with a Friday evening welcome dinner and an appearance/autograph opportunity by NFL great Shannon Sharpe. Saturday started with an annual golf tournament at Don Shula's Golf Club which included a full buffet luncheon and prizes for tournament winners. Later that evening, all guests were transported to the PrimeSport' Exclusive Saturday Night Chalk Talk event featuring NFL stars Derrick Brooks and Tim Brown with a special appearance by Hall of Famer, Jerry Rice. On Sunday, prior to the main event, guests were treated to pre-game hospitality and a police escort en route to Dolphin stadium where they enjoyed lower-level seating for the game.

Results
While enjoying themselves in sunny Miami, Florida, The Hartford's Sales Managers had numerous opportunities to further relationships with other agents within their company as well as the broker agents. The feedback from this event has been remarkably positive. On this same path, The Hartford will also be offering incentive weekends to the Final Four and the BCS National Championship.

Tournament of Roses®- Rose Bowl Game®

Company Overview
Rose ParadeThe Tournament of Roses® Association hosts both the Rose Parade® and the subsequent Rose Bowl Game® every New Year's Day in Pasadena, California.

Business Objectives
The Tournament of Roses® Association engages a variety of sponsors for both the Rose Parade® and the Rose Bowl Game®. In order to provide a first-class and memorable Package for both the guests and the sponsors, PrimeSport was brought in to manage the planning and execution of the Rose Bowl®'s Corporate Hospitality Village. The village was designed to provide companies with a place to entertain their guests after enjoying the beauty of the Rose Parade® and before sharing in the excitement of the Rose Bowl Game®. At the same time, it was also designed to be a location where corporate sponsors can have the opportunity to partake in brand activation during the event.

Action
Regardless of the size of the group wishing to participate, there were many different ways for sponsors and clients to be involved in the Corporate Hospitality Village. Individual tents were purchased by a single company, or several smaller groups would buy into a larger tent. In addition, sponsors' brand activation was implemented where applicable.

Everything involved with the building and execution of the 5.5-acre village was managed by PrimeSport. The turnkey operation included NCAA football celebrities, live entertainment, interactive football activities, and brand activation for sponsors within the village.

Results
All Tournament of Roses® sponsors who participated in the village had nothing but extremely positive feedback, so much in fact that their main request was to have the ability to get even more involved next year!
